Put the 65 car folders in your GPLCSM file folder and use them as normal for installing the standard car first and then any options you want, with one exception***have each car folder empty! no dat file/ no nothing***.***You must also call the carset you are editing to "cars67" till your through and rename it for use in GEM+2***
